1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

 

 

  • Orders are fulfilled by our production partner Printful.

  • Fulfillment typically takes 2–5 business days after the order is placed.

  • Once fulfilled, your order will be shipped via a trusted carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL, depending on destination and availability).

 

 


 

 

2. Shipping Locations

 


We currently ship to:

 

  • Puerto Rico

  • United States (including Alaska and Hawaii)

 


We do not ship internationally outside of these regions at this time.

 


 

 

3. Estimated Delivery Times

 


Delivery times are calculated after fulfillment:

 

  • Puerto Rico: 4–8 business days

  • United States (mainland): 3–4 business days

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas: 5–10 business days

 


Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

 


 

 

4. Shipping Costs

 

 

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the product type and destination.

  • Additional items in the same category may qualify for reduced shipping rates.

  • We may offer free shipping promotions—please check our store banners or announcements for current offers.

 

 


 

 

5. Tracking Information

 

 

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

 


 

 

6. Multiple Shipments

 


Because products are fulfilled at different Printful facilities, you may receive separate packages for a single order. No additional shipping charge will apply if your order is split into multiple shipments.

 


 

 

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

 

 

  • Orders shipped to Puerto Rico and the United States do not incur additional customs duties.

  • Sales tax may apply at checkout depending on your state.

 

 


 

 

8. Delays or Missing Orders

 


If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame:

 

  1. Check the tracking link in your confirmation email.

  2. Verify your shipping address was entered correctly.

  3. Contact your local carrier or post office.
